With over 20 years of interior design and architectural experience, Ms. Meinzer Filbeck is a member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). She received her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Baylor University and her Master of Arts in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington. She also completed the extensive Architecture Exchange Program from The University of Innsbruck in Austria.  In addition to her professional work, Tracey serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Interior Design department at El Centro Community College.

Mr. Filbeck also serves as Vice President of Arnold & Associates, Inc., a building envelope consulting firm, and is a member of IIBEC, an international association of building envelope consultants. With 24 years of architectural experience, he received his Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin.
